During the first semifinal of the ICC Champions Trophy at Mohali, Jacob Oram and Daniel Vettori shared 103 runs for the seventh wicket. They bettered the previous record stand of 89 runs between Chris Harris and Dion Nash at Auckland in 1998. There have been only two higher partnerships for New Zealand for the seventh wicket in all ODIs against all opponents. Overall it was the 22nd century partnership for all wickets in ODI’s.
