Cricket for Pakistan Starts
After a long long draught, at last the Pakistani fans will see their team in action. The nationals colors of Pakistan are scheduled to leave for Bangladesh for playing the series of five One-day Internationals. Then as they will return, they will play a much needed and much awaited very important series against the Sri Lankans.
Though India is trying hard to convince, force and even threaten Sri Lanka to not to send their team in Pakistan, the Lankans have refused to even acknowledge the demands of Indians. Sri Lanka knows the aggression of India and is suffering from Indian terrorism by the hands of Tamil Tigers for decades. It should be remembered that the terrorists of Tamil Tigers were trained and now supported by Indian army.
Sri Lanka has agreed to come to Pakistan, as India refused the tour. The Sri Lankan cricket board has requested to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for revising once again the schedule of the proposed series between the two countries. The Sri Lankan officials want their team to tour Pakistan in January instead of February.
According to the new schedule Sri Lanka wants to play a series of five One-day Internationals and three Test matches instead of two Tests, three ODIs and a Twenty20 match.
