With his 103 in the second innings of the Perth Test, Australia’s Michael Hussey registered his sixth successive score of fifty plus in Test cricket. He provided only the 19th instance of a batsman scoring six or more consecutive fifties in as many as innings. A run-stretch from the Chittagong Test in April this year, Hussey has now gone six successive innings (182, 86, 91, 61, 74 and 103). The table below lists six or more consecutive fifties in Test cricket.
