Saleem Altaf Fights Back
Saleem Altaf, Director Special Projects (DSP) Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) says that he is not fighting for his massive salary along with huge perks and privileges, rather he was fighting for the upholding of his rights, and he is only gone towards the legal process because he was forced to do so, and now he intends to end the tyranny of chairman PCB, Dr. Nasim Ashraf.
According to the media reports, Saleem Altaf challenged the PCB order regarding his termination from service. He alleged that the PCB authorities terminated him without any lawful authority because he was appointed by the President of Pakistan and Chairman PCB could not terminate him by written or verbal orders. Saleem Altaf also told the media that he had been also in not much of a good relationships with the chairman board due to the official issues regarding the team and the team management.
The Lahore High Court has said in its ruling that the clauses of the contract of the Saleem Altaf are not clear enough, and contract letters provided to the employee in 2003 and 2008 were different from each other in the terms and conditions. Court has also directed chairman board to submit his reply in one week.
Now let’s see when Senator Enver Baig joins the fray to roast Dr. Nasim Ashraf.
