Pakistan went into the fourth ODI against England at Edgbaston with the same side that played the first match of the series at Cardiff. This provided only the sixth instance in the annals of Pakistan cricket when the same side played four more consecutive one-day internationals. Such has been the fascination of change in Pakistan team that out of 640 ODI’s they have played so far, only 83 occasions have been recorded when the same team was kept for two or more matches.
