Senate Committee Eager to Bash Nasim Ashraf
At last after all these years, the member of senator committee for sports, senator Enver Baig has now got his day. As soon as the power changed hands in Islamabad, the member of senator committee Mr. Baig hastened to call Dr. Nashim Ashraf before the committee and really scared the hell out of chairman Pakistan Cricket Board.
Nature also provided Enver Baig an ideal opportunity in the form of Shoaib Akhtar ban by the board. Shoaib Akhtar then raised a hellfire controversy against the chairman PCB, and as the chairman PCB is a fast friend of President General (r) Pervez Musharraf and got his job due to general, so the matter was politicized by the members of PML-N and PPP, and now chairman PCB is searching for a leeway.
Senator Enver Baig has told media that he would not rest until the chairman PCB is sacked ignominiously, and he also told media that the ban of Shoaib Akhtar is unjust and would be revoked.
