Sheikh Hamdan Screws Asif
Pakistani fast bowler who was arrested at Dubai Airport after he was found with a small quantity of opium and where he tried to get tough with the Dubai authorities. He was then shifted to the detention cell and where he is at the last news pleading with everyone.
He is being treated very well and his whereabouts have come to their respective senses. He would not even travel with his toothpaste in the future, or he wouldn’t come to Pakistan from a foreign tour through Dubai. He has had it enough and he doesn’t want more certainly.
The case of Mohammad Asif is still pending. Now the attorney general of the UAE, Sheikh Hamdan has gone on holidays and poor Asif is just pulling his hair in utter misery. The liaison officer of Pakistan in Dubai, Salahuddin is also feeling very hapless, and though he says that Asif is in good condition, his face betrays what he says.
Dubai authorities are doing a service to the Pakistani cricket. They are doing, what PCB only can dream of doing. We should be grateful to the Dubai authorities. This will teach a lesson to not only Asif but also to the other rogues.
