The problem is not with Shoaib, the problem is with the management , i am not a Paki (Thankfully) but i have a good idea about Shoaib`s psycology and he is right if he demands extra attention. The other team members are people like Inzamam who appreciates players not because of the skills but because he has a beard or how religious he is, pathetic.
