Zaheer makes waves, wants place back

Even as Team India builds up to the third Test in the West Indies, the focus will be back on how to find the arsenal to claim 20 wickets.
The answer may lie away in far away England where Zaheer Khan has made quite a statement in recent times.
Zaheer doesn’t have a place in the Indian dressing room these days, but he wants it back.
After a splendid spell of 9 for 138 against Esssex for his county Worcestershire, Zaheer Khan is enjoying a well-deserved break.
There was no domestic cricket going on in India, so he headed straight to the home of cricket and made headlines from there.
Figures prove that Zaheer has had a frutiful season so far. In seven first class matches he has taken 42 wickets at an average of under 26.
This includes three five-wicket hauls. The tough demands of the county circuit has helped Zaheer become a better and fitter cricketer.
Lack of form and fitnees were the grounds on which Zaheer lost the faith of the current team management. And now he is desperate to prove the doubting Thomases wrong.
Though Zaheer is having a good time in the English summer, he would have definitely preferred to be with this group in the West Indies.
He might just have been the answer to the lack of experience in the fast bowling department, but for the moment though, all he wants to do is perform at whatever stage he can, and wait for his chance.
